Expert Advice Needed - Norton's and NeoTrace.

I recently purchased a computer that came with Norton's Internet Securitypre-installed on it. My previous experience has been with ZoneAlarm. Priorto that I used "Tiny Personal Firewall." Thus, I've had a little experiencewith manually writing rules.Here's my problem. I use an application called "NeoTrace Pro." When Iattempt to do a trace, I make it out to maybe two or three nodes. When Idisable Norton's Internet Security, I can do a full trace. This leads me tobelieve that there is some rule that is blocking my route traces. What I'm hoping is, there are other people in this forum who use Norton'sFirewall as well as NeoTrace and who could give me some tips on what I needto do to fix this problem.
