aim hijacked

I noticed recently that my aim account was hijacked. Now I don't know if it was a bot or what. I did however get the message which stated I was logged into multiple places which leads me to believe someone got my password. My aim client was sending this message out:

I'm very paranoid and have good passwords, a hardware firewall and always keep up on spybot, etc. I really have no idea how this happened. The one thing I did learn was that my Norton wasn't working well and was crashing on me. In fact on reboot I got the bluescreen.

Anyone heard of this or know what to look for to track it down?
