I have a question regarding to 802.3 clause 28, Figure 28-16 Arbitration state diagram. the variable "transmit_disable" is set to "true" in 2 states, TRANSMIT_DISABLE and LINK_STATUS_CHECK.
When will "transmit_disable" be set to "false"?
