Have you experienced that Cisco VPN Client blocks, when running, all incoming "connections" including icmp packets? Some one told me IPsec is the problem.Is it true or it is Cisco VPN client fault? Anyway just stopping the service of the client on Windows and the behavior comes normal.

VPN client comes with a builtin firewall. The is an option to turn it on all the time "Stateful firewall (Always On)". And it's up to administrator to enforce the firewall when VPN client connects to a vpn concentrator.
