I diable the windows firewall and still the problem persists.

When i connect, the status bar changes as follows: 'Authenticating user' -> 'Contacting the security gateway...' ->

'Negotiating Security Policies' -> 'Securing communications channel' ->

'Not connected'.

Dont know what hapens suddenly.. Other laptops in our company work perfectly fine. I am using a Dell D610 with wi-fi connectivity. I disabled the wireless connectivity but still the problem persists.

Donno what next to try. any suggestions?
