I have two sites with Two T1's between them. I one end I place the loopback plug and I see the proper: Serial..up, Line protocol...up (looped)
on both T1's, However on the other end when I do the same exact thing, I get Serial..reset, line protocol...down.
Both T1's are working however I have intermittant problems on both. Does anyone know how could the loop work in only one direction?
