Serial Errors

Sure, find the router with the most errors and tell your carrier to come out and do a head to head line test.

Do you have an internal DSU? show service-module?

That many errors in a week isnt near the worst that I have seen error wise...but I would say it is a carrier issue...to start call that circuit into your provider for testing...since I see you are using a Serial int and HDLC encap you must be hooked to an external CSU/DSU? Sometimes reseting them may help...this is the first things I would do to start...

I've posted both current counters here guys , one site appears to have an external unit for which seems to be set on 16 (16 x 64 = 1024?) the second site doesn't and just seems to plug straight into a box on the wall.

Any ideas guys?? both ends seem to be getting errors, also i had the comms company out three weeks ago to test the line and they said it was all fine

I have seen this once before....

I had the T1 tested at least 10 times, the Telco tested it and said the line was good each time....

I had to drop the CSU/DSU to 56K channels SF framing on both ends and the errors went away....

I even sent the CSU/DSU's back to Kentrox and had them tested. All came back ok.....

I raised cain with the Telco for paying for a full 64K channels and couldn't use but 56K of it, guess what, no go, but running at 56K kept the data flowing with no more errors.....
