Serial cable for ip phones

I don't believe that they do - there is no need. All the manual configurations for the phone can be handled by the buttons on the front. There is an RS232 port on the back of the phone, but that is not for a console connection. We use it for connections to a 7914 side-cart. Not sure what other devices it supports.

You can console into the ipphone and it has a limited command set there ,there was document available on cisco website in ipphone admin guide that expalined the cable pinout which can be used to console into the phone ,cisco for some reason has removed it from there.
