Rate limiting on a 1751

Hi,

I am trying to limit the rate of traffic on one wan port on our 1751 router. It currently has IOS 12.2 installed.

The senario is the remote office has installed a 256kbps line but we only want to allow them access to 128kbps at the moment as our outbound line has not been upgraded as yet.

Is it possible and how would I go about doing this.
