Problems upgrading 3750 open original image

Hi,



I have two 3750: one runs C3750-I5-M version 12.1(19)EA1c, and another runs C3750-I5K91-M version 12.2(20)SE1. I want to upgrade the one with 12.1(19)EA1c to



12.2(20)SE1, but I got "ERROR: Image family mismatch". How to solve this problem? Is this kind of upgrade even possible?

What was the exact name of the image you were trying to upgrade to? Also, if you could post the console log from the attempt to do the upgrade we might be able to advise you better.

In general you would see the image family mismatch when you try to load an image that is not for that platform.
