Problem with router and gateways

I have a previous thread that is closed now.

Here is a more current drawing of the network.

The router directly connected to the Netopia, can ping external addresses. The router on the far end of the T1 can ping the external Ethernet Interface ( x.x.x.84) on the first router, but can't ping the x.86 address on the Netopia, or an external addresses. Which routes should I have in where? Which default gateways?
