When attempting to Install the Cisco VPN Client 4.8 I receive the following error:

Message Area:
InstallDNE
Error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Is the VPN client (or an earlier version) already installed? Check "Add or Remove Programs" in the control panel and remove any existing copies and then try the install again.
No there is no previous installation installed.
Dont believe add/remove programs...check the registry, and the file folders.
What exactly should I be looking for?
