I am routing wan udp service requests for a port from pix 501 to a server that is in dmz. Is it possible to route service requests for all ports to dmz? If yes, how?

If I understand you correctly,
static (DMZ,outside) y.y.y.y x.x.x.x netmask 255.255.255.255
where x = dmz ip address local to machine where y = outside ip address routing to dmz machine
create ACL's as needed.
