I have Cisco 3500XL switch. My brother in-law erased me Config.text ang IOS file (xxx-xxx-x-xxx-x-xxx.bin) I tried to connect via console cable and upload file but i could not - Ca You Hel Me Please (i am begginer in cisco maybie some settings ? - i have windows 2000, Console cable and Com Port)
