Is a VWIC-2MFT-T1 hot-swappable in a Cisco 3825?

More specifically, I need to install one into an empty slot. Can anyone say whether it is hot-swappable or not?

Network modules install directly into slots in the rear of the router. The Cisco 3845 router supports online insertion and removal (OIR, or hot swap) of network modules. The Cisco 3825 router does not support OIR.

Cisco 3800 series routers do not support OIR (hot swap) of interface cards inserted directly into router slots. You must turn off the router before installing or removing an interface card.

So, 3825 doesn't support hot-swap of anything. The 3845 supports hot-swap of NM modules of exactly the same item.

If its a new thing, they'll need a reboot anyway.

WICs / VICs and VWICs are not hot swap on any 26xx, 28xx 37xx or 38xx i have seen - a warning is printed on either the router or the card (or both - poor memory here).
