How to tell if PDM is already installed on a PIX?

I have a Cisco 515 running in failover and would like to know how to find out if it already has PDM already installed. I can see several pdm commands when I do a show command but the standard 'x.x.x.x

255.255.255.255 inside' and 'http server enable' information I configured doesn't get me anywhere when I try and connect via browser.

For PIX 6.x,

show flashfs

Then "file 3" is the pdm image. If the length is 0 then you do not have pdm installed.

Make sure you connect using https (with the "s" at the end).

"show version" should tell you if PDM is installed on your firewall appliance:

---------- pixfirewall# show version

Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.3(5) Cisco PIX Device Manager Version 3.0(4) [...]
