CISCO IOS Router DHCP

1. I hav estarted DHCP debug command. This is outcome: Writing dhcp_router Feb 5 16:47:06.647: %DHCPD-3-WRITE_ERROR: DHCP could not write bindings to ftp://dhcp:dhcp@192.168.0.11/dhcp_router. Why do I recive this mesage? FTP is on and running!

1. How to put in a pool a subnetwork 192.168.0.128 /25? I have tryed with command "network 192.168.0.128 /25" but then no computer in network recives IP address. If I put command "network 192.168.0.0 /24" then it starts giving IP address from 1. Must I put in the pool whole network (network 192.168.0.0 /24) and then exclude address from 1-127? I would like to do it with subnetworks.
