Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) - Unable to use Voice Monitor on Windows Vista

We are using Cisco Agent Desktop / Supervisor 7.1.2 on ICM/IPCC.

We are not having any problems with the Cisco Agent Desktop / Supervisor on Windows XP.

Initially, we were unable to install the clients on Windows Vista due to the MSI installer not recognizing the operating system. We resolved this issue by modifying the MSI settings and, at first, everything seemed to be working fine.

However, we've discovered that the Voice Monitor feature, as well as the

Voice Monitor Error - Silent Monitor session failed, followed by several possible causes. We've gone through all the possible causes, including disabling the built in Vista firewall, but the problem persists.

Any thoughts?
