Cisco 837 with Qwest DSL

I am looking for any information on how to configure an 837 ADSL router to work with Qwest DSL. Does anyone have a sample config?

The cisco docs for PPPoA with PAP work just fine with Qwest (or any 3rd party ISP that supports PPPoA).

Just set the PVC to the right value for Qwest (0/32).

(Note: this example assumes real routed IPs, even though it uses private IPs in the list, it doesn't cover a NAT config if that is what you are going for).
