Broadband Cisco core Network

Dear All, I have a project to implement a wired broadband data service within a building of 120 storeys and am a newbie in the broadband field. The equipments provided are 3 a Cisco 7600 Cisco 3750 switch 2MB E1 connection to an uplink provider. Please help on the architecture of the core network Other equipments required if any how will clients connect to the service

2Mb shared between 120 /storeys/? Even assuming one person per floor, that is a rather stingy allocation of bandwidth. Could you in all honesty describe it as being broadband?

Ok how do we go about allocation of bandwidth given the requirements below, this is a pilot project and bandwith will be increased as needed.
