ATM IMA and Class of Service / QoS

Can any one tell me what would happen if you have class of service configured on a bundled IMA circuit (two T1's) and you lose one of the physical circuits, how does your QoS configuration treat that?

i.e. You have a class of traffic that is configured to use 60% of your circuit (based on the 3Mb of the IMA configuration) and you lose a T1.

60% ends up being about 1.8Mb, which would then saturate your remaining T1 - is this right, or does the router realize it has lost a circuit and compensate?

The router does recognize the lost circuit if OAM is enabled.. Otherwise it wont..
