I want to utilize the 3750 full routing, I was told I need the 3750 EMI.
What is the difference between the advance IP services and EMI image?
Which one should I be using??? and please explain the difference>

Take a look at this Cisco document which gives a fairly good overview of how Cisco is changing their IOS packaging:

EMI gives you EIGRP, OSPF and IP mulutlicasting; closest equivalence looks to be IP Services
Advanced IP Services gives you MPLS, L3 VPNs, IPv6, ISIS
