Access to router without enable password ? (cisco 3620)

Hi

I have a router cisco 3620, but when i have sent it, i don't have put a enable password. Only a password on the telnet connection.

I connecte it by a local telnet connection without problems but when i want access in enable i have:

do you know if i have a solution for access it without console cable ? (because i am not on the site and he don't have console cable)

Thanks bye Mag

You'll need to access the router via console, no other way.

if you've configured snmp, you can do a set to load a text file and set the enable password.

There is also the possibility that http access is configured. This saved my bacon once a few years ago.
