I have a 3745 with 12.4(10) Advanced IP Services IOS. The ENV messages are not recorded in the log even though they appear on the console.I need to be able to record the ENV messages. The logging config i have now is:
logging buffered 16384 debugging logging rate-limit console 1 except errors logging console errors
