I have a Catalyst 2950G switch that is being feed by the GBIC port, I ran out of ports and need another switch. Can I put a SX GBIC module in the 1st and 2nd and use a 1 meter patch cord between them?
I thought there was an issue with needing some kind of attenuator cable since it was only 1 meter long.
