You may wish to investigate How to Download a Software Image to a Cisco

Well, by erasing your flash, you obviously erased the ios-image as well.
To reinstall the image (which can be done from the bootloader) you have to connect to the console with a terminal-program.
Then you copy your ios-image (of which you have a backup hopefully) to a tftp-server and the bootloader can load it to flash from there (via tftp),
or
if you don't have a tftp-server, you can download the image to flash with the terminal-program (if the terminal-program is capable of doing x-modem, z-modem transfers).
