My cisco 2610 flash has been erased and it is unable to boot from ios. please tell me the way to re install the ios.

Well, by erasing your flash, you obviously erased the ios-image as well.
To reinstall the image (which can be done from the bootloader) you have to connect to the console with a terminal-program.
Then you copy your ios-image (of which you have a backup hopefully) to a tftp-server and the bootloader can load it to flash from there (via tftp),
or
if you don't have a tftp-server, you can download the image to flash with the terminal-program (if the terminal-program is capable of doing x-modem, z-modem transfers).
