1751V + VIC 2XFXS = ATA ?

I have an unused 1751V, with only a serial WIC and a VIC 2XFXS Can I use it as an ATA, to connect a SIP VoIP server to two analog phone ? There is a sample configuration file that I can modify ? I'm not an expert
