PIX 520 with 5.1(4) OS enable password recovery

Hi,

I bought a PIX 520 @ ebay, however, I could not do a password recovery using a floppy as described @

I start the PIX with the floppy (which I created with rawrite.exe and np51.bin): I get the following message:

Finesse Bios V3.3

Booting Floppy

...................................Execing flop

Also, it does not takes the Esc or Ctrl + Break to get to the monitor mode. I have tried with CRT version 3.4.6 and WINXP Hyper Terminal with 9600,

8, none, 1 setting.

I have copied and pasted startup screen and sh verion for your information:

Hello All...

I am having the same exact problem... the password recovery boot floppy method isn't working fomr soem reason:

Finesse Bios V3.3

Booting Floppy

...................................Execing flop

then it reboots on it own and does it again...

Also, it does not take the Esc or Ctrl + Break to get to the monitor mode. I know the password floppy works as I was bale to use it on a identical PIX 520... does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,
