Hop count of EIGRP? and IGRP?

I understood that EIGRP had a hop count of 224 and IGRP was 255? or has this changed? TIA

IGRP doesn't use hop count as a metric, nor does EIGRP.

Neither EIGRP or IGRP use hop count in their metric calculations, but they do have a maximum number of hops from one side of the network to the other.

These are the figures that you have of 224 for EIGRP and 255 for IGRP.
