Hi,
what are the main books I should buy for the written exam. I plan to buy in a first time Routing TCP/IP Vol1&2 from Doyle, which seem very appreciated., but what else?

The Routing Tcp/ip books are must-reads from what I understand. There are also 2 other books that I am reading: The BGP 4 command / CCIE reference - William Parkhurst (SP) and the Cisco Lan Switching book.
Either way I have just about finished the 1st Routing Tcp/ip book and it's a good read IMO.
I don't have the CCIE, but several of my friends do.
They just went and bought several of the books there listed on someone's CCIE list on Amazon.
