What CCIE? You do realize that there are five different ones: R&S / Security / Service Provider / SAN / Voice
Assuming that you meant the CCIE for Routing and Switching, this is just a start:
Cisco Press - Routing TCP/IP, Volume I Cisco Press - Routing TCP/IP, Volume II Cisco Press - Cisco LAN Switching Cisco Press - BGP Design and Implementation Cisco Press - Implementing Cisco IPv6 Network Cisco Press - CCIE Practical Studies, Volume I Cisco Press - CCIE Practical Studies, Volume II
After you pass the written exam, get some CCIE Routing and Switching lab workbooks from Internetwork Expert and rent some online labs similar to the Cisco blueprint for the practical exam.
