gate switch

Hi Jaxn, What you need is a dry contact transmitter as in

You just run a cable from the contacts to a remote switch that you need to monitor. The transmitter will then transmit to the X10 unit of your choice (a lamp module etc.)

Alternately, you could hack any of the RF transmitters and solder a wire across the appropriate switch to transmit the light-on command to an RF transciever.

I am looking for a switch that I can use to alert me through x-10 when it is opened. I have seen switches that make a loud sound, but I would like for it to trip an x10 light. I have tried to use an eagle eye but it picks up too much motion, like a rabbit running through the back yard. Any ideas? Thanks Jaxn

How about your quanity? It is larger. Do you want to develop this product in China? You know we have decora switches and export U.S.A and Canada.

Thanks
