Wired Connection can't find internet

I have cable running through a Blitzz router. PC is wired to the router 2 laptops are wireless. Performed a firmware upgrade. All went fine. The Laptops came right up. The PC finds the network but can't find the internet. Network is fine and internet is fine on wireless connections but PC can't find internet. Any ideas appreciated.

Is the machine getting an IP from the router that's going to allow it to access the Internet, like the IP(s) that are being used by other machines that can access the Internet?

Go to the Command Prompt on a good computer and enter IPconfig /all.

What's the IP?

Go to the Command Prompt on a bad computer and enter IPconfig /all.

What's the IP?

Yep! It's a question of is the machine actually getting an IP from the router that's going to allow the machine to access the Internet? ;-)

ok... at the command prompt, type:

ipconfig /all

then cut and paste the output of that command into your next post.

Is it that hard to post back what the IP is the machine is getting? Or will it continue to be a mystery?

No one can attack an IP on the private LAN side of the router. ;-)
