AA/CCR Not Answering

I am not sure what is going on, but I'm working with a DR5 using a StarTalk voicmail. I cannot seem to get the AA or CCR to answer line 6. This is the only line I want answered by the CCR tree during the business day.

I have set line 6 to: AA - Y Greeting Table - 1 Rings - 0

I set Greeting Table 1 to have CCR tree 1 - enabled.

I can't figure out what is preventing the line from being answered by the CCR tree.

I think it must be in the phone system (not the voicemail system), but I cannot track it down. One other item that may be relevant - if the CAP doesn't answer, the call is transfered to another extension and then back to the prime telephone if not answered.

Any help would be great.

In DR5 6x16 and 8x24 are the only KSUs using a line 6 with Standard trunks the rest are as follows lines 1 - 4 and 25-28. Check to see if what you are calling line 6 isn't actualy line 27.
