I am not sure what is going on, but I'm working with a DR5 using a StarTalk voicmail. I cannot seem to get the AA or CCR to answer line 6. This is the only line I want answered by the CCR tree during the business day.
I have set line 6 to: AA - Y Greeting Table - 1 Rings - 0
I set Greeting Table 1 to have CCR tree 1 - enabled.
I can't figure out what is preventing the line from being answered by the CCR tree.
I think it must be in the phone system (not the voicemail system), but I cannot track it down. One other item that may be relevant - if the CAP doesn't answer, the call is transfered to another extension and then back to the prime telephone if not answered.
Any help would be great.
