if it is twisted pair, you might find 10 Base-T ethernet would work. The standards limit is 100 m, but at 10M and with reasonable quality pairs, you might get it to work with 150m.

if you want DSL instead, then ADSL is asymmetric, and most consumer kit is designed to talk to a DSLAM at a telco.

try a pair of SDSL modems - Net2Net makes some with ethernet interfaces that i have seen used across telco base copper links, using 2 twisted pairs - they gave approx 2 Mbps throughput over a mile or so.

You could run SDSL or ShDSL DSL modems at each end. But not ADSL of any form.

Or else, look for Ethernet Extender products. Tut makes some, as well as other manufacturers.

This sounds like inter-building. You have to watch for ground potential differences during nearby lightning strikes. Make sure you have good protection at both ends. Some SDSL modem should work.
