Which wireless card for Ibm 380 ed laptop

Update your wireless networking drivers through the IBM site.

Make sure you have XP, SP2 installed.

My guess is that you would need to stick with wireless B on an old machine. But doesn't your Netgear card work with wireless B and/or wireless G? Most cards do.

Hi, I have an older laptop (Ibm thinkpad 380 ed) and I would love to have a wireless card that would work with it. I have tried Netgear wireless g with no succes(would not recognize it) Any ideas?? Thanks Charles

Even very old machines can easily handle 802.11g.
