Where can I get hold of above file, which is missing when I try to intsall a driver required for my USB/WIRELESS software installation!?

I would recommend downloading the latest driver package from the vendor's website. Its generally a bad idea to grab DLLs off the internet as you never know if you have the right version, or what someone might have injected into it by way of 'payload'
