How do you mean, exactly?
If you mean redirecting incoming/outgoing packets to your LAN clients, use the "virtual server" page (Access->Virtual Server). Click type in the parameters you require into the fields: "the private port" is the port on your LAN machine and the "public port" is the one the internet sees. Select the protocol you want to use (usually TCP). Under "LAN server" type in the IP address of your LAN machine that you want access to, then click "add".
