With my BitTorrent client I can automatically have the routing setup with my router using upnp when connected to the network with a LAN connection. If I use my wireless card on the same computer, it doesn't auto-configure. Any idea why this is? Is it just supported on LAN connections? Using a D-Link GameFuel router.

UPnP will work on wireless as well as wired. The likely problem is that the ports you want were/are still reserved for your wired IP address, and you're getting a different IP address on wireless. Either use the same IP address on wireless, or hard reset the router to start over with UPnP on the wireless IP address.
