How do I reconfigure a proxim RangeLAN2 without an IP address?

Hell All,

I was given a Proxim RangeLAN2 AP (Model 7521) but I do not have the IP address. Is there a way or command to reset it to factory default using Hyperterminal or telnet without having and IP or password?
