Is it possible for a bi-directional flow to become uni-directional flow on the fly ?

What are you talking about? Netflow? Full/half-duplex network interfaces?
Yes. Add a diode, which makes current flow in just one direction.
Flow of what? Radio waves? Electricity? The Casiquaire?
But a very small one, or the fly won't be able to get off the ground.
Sounds like someone needs to be doing their own homework.
