Hi, What does the term "UE wakeup time" in LTE refer to ? Unable to find in the internet or standards. Any ideas ?

Does it refer to the time that UE is awake w.r.t the negotiated parameters with eNodeB for the sleep schedule related with DRX mechanism(DRX interval, on-duration, timer threshold) ?
The TR - 3GPP TR 25.912 V8.0.0 (2008-12) does not talk about UE wakeup time apart from specifying the time it consumes for UE wakeup time.
