Can anyone tell me an internal wireless card that will fit a Dell Inspiron 3100C as I can't find one. Dell's website is no help at all (we knew that thought didn't we!) so can anyone advise me what to get an preferably where to get it. It needs to be slimline as the standard cards do not fit the 3100C and none of the retailers I can find on or offline identify a card that can do the job. It is to work with a BT Wireless Router

Are you you looking for a PCI wireless card? The box has 2 "low profile" PCI slots and one PCIe X1 (PCI Express) slot. You're not going to find anything for the PCI Express slot, but the "low profile" PCI slots should work if you can find a card. These should fit:
What I don't know is whether they're shipped with a "low profile" PCI bracket. Worst case, you do some sheet metal work on the bracket.
Have you considered using an external wireless card on your desktop? Any of the common USB or ethernet bridge devices will work with your BT router.
