voicemail integration problem

Working on a NEAX 2000 IVS - trying to get it to integrate with an Active Voice Replay VMS - When a call is transferred from the VMS to an extension that doesn't answer - it recalls to Replay, and the switch delivers the Mailbox number (which is also the transferring extension number) to Replay, so the caller hears the personal greeting for that box. But...

When a call is transferred to an extension that is

*busy*, the switch recalls Replay, but *does not* deliver any mailbox digits to Replay -

I have scoured the manual looking for a setting for this - and come up empty-handed - there is a setting for delivering a mailbox # on a no-answer condition, but no mention of a busy condition!!!!

Can anyone help me with this? I can't believe NEC would have left out something this important.
