EG ACS PBX & VOCAL ITS

Hi, I want to configure on Eurogeneris ACS PBX next issue: when an external (or internal) number calls a busy extension, let say extension 130, that call must be immediately transfered to stand-alone device VOCAL ITS which then play some message (example:"The line is bussy.Please hold"). After the message is played VOCAL should check to see if the extension 130 is available and transfer the call back to

130. If the ext. 130 is still busy VOCAL shoul repeat the same message. And so on, in a circle. VOCAL ITS is connected to 2-analog lines on PS/PN casette. I configure on PBX that if ext. 130 is busy the call should be redirected to VOCAL group G1 (Call Coverage Path), but nothing happens. I try to call 130 and all I get is busy signal. No redirection occures.

Any sugestions?
