When the installers put in our TVA-50 I grabbed a copy of the CD that came with it. I installed it on my computer the other day and it appears to be called TVA Maintenance Console. Is this the software used to configure and control the voicemail system?
When I run the software it asks for a password or something similar. I found the proper input. The next screen asked about system defaults and for some reason that scared me away thinking it might wipe the system.
Can I go past this screen (only had a next or accept button) with no fear of wiping the system?
Is this the only software used for TVA-50?
Time for me to learn a little.
