We've got a Toshiba CT phone system with Toshiba DKT2520F-SD (20 button) phones. One of our phones was set to forward unanswered calls to voicemail, which I temporarily turned off. The problem is that I can't turn it back on because the Speed Dial button doesn't appear to have been enabled on this extension.
Can someone let me know how I can enable the Speed Dial button on this phone?
