Often, when my daughter calls from her AT&T Cellphone from the Oakland, CA, area, I answer the phone, and there is an almost immediate disconnect. I hang up and wait, poised to answer the redial, which always seems to work. Maybe she needs to reverse the polarity on her antenna ;-)
