Hi I have a hunt group on a Merlin Legend with 2 extension in it: 7128 and
7120. I have the following problems with this hunt group:
- when a call is directed to the hunt group the 1st extension to ring is 7120 and then 7128, though the hunt group is programmed to 1st ring at 7128 and only then at 7120.
- I tried to add a 3rd extension (7117) to the hunt group but when ever I added it it beeped once indicating that it failed to add the extension to the hunt group.
Has anyone ever encountered these kind of problems and knows what is causing them and offer a solution?
