I cannot clear the message waiting light on a handset. It looks like an internal call (extension) called with no answer (when you press the lighted Message button, the display shows the extension that called).
Any help would be appreciated.

Press the intercom key so it will "return" the call, then hang up. That will clear the "message" flag.
The MW lamp is designed to be able to be lit manually, not many people use that feature. But that often happens by accident. 700 is the code to clear it. Press Intercom + 700 + the ext number
